About the event
In this group, we will explore some overwhelming themes areound #adulting. . Each week, the group will have a topic and discuss the pressures felt, feelings/emotions, and guidance on how to navigate that area. This group is to provide a sense of comfort and community for individuals entering what is deemed adulthood. Group members will find an opportunity to ask questions and vulnerable in a judgment-free and safe space.
The group will run about 8 weeks with 4-8 group members from June - July. Dates + Times will be announced in April.
